INCOME TAX PREPARATION

INDIVIDUAL (PERSONAL TAX) PREPARATION - STARTING @$239

  • add on SCHEDULE C / OR SINGLE MEMEBER LLC = $100
  • add on SCHEDULE E = $100
    • All tax returns are different.  Time and preparation of each return will vary between clients.  Preparation fees will adjust depending on time and analysis needed to provide the maximum tax benefit and correctness for your tax filing year

CORPORATE TAX RETURN / MULTIMEMBER LLC - STARTING @$710

  • A corporate tax return has many different components and a lot of expertise and analysis that is involved dependent on the clients particular tax situation.  Preparation fees will adjust depending on the complexity of the return analysis and time and consultation that is provided to the client to produce the most advantageous for the tax filing year and strategy.

ADDITIONAL TAX RETURN PREPARATION ADD ONS

  • SCHEDULE D TRADES - will include an additional add on fee to produce the form 8825.  The fee will depend on the number of trades that will need to be produced.
    • these trades and entries will include: STOCK TRADES, FOREIGN EXCHANGES, AND ALL VIRTURAL CURRENCY TRANSACTIONS.

  • CORPORATION OR S-CORP - $810 plus any additional state filing fees
    • Includes the full filing of all documents with the governing body of the filing state and preparation of internal documents

      • Discount on business services to be provided - bookkeeping, payroll, and/or sales tax.

  • MULTI-MEMBER LLC - $710 plus any additional state filing fees
    • Includes the full filing of all documents with the governing body of filing state and preparation of internal documents

  • NON-PROFIT ENTITY - STARTING @ $1,700
      • Includes the state entity setup and filing and all corporate documentation
      • Federal exemption application for tax status
        • the application for federal tax exemption status is a very lengthy process.  The documentation and time that is needed for this filing and time to get approval status can take at minimum 12months from the date of filing. 

PAYROLL SERVICES

AFTER THE FACT PAYROLL - $125 based on a quarterly filing and up to 2 employees.

  • *Fourth quarter filing fee increase of $150 due to additional year end documentation
  • Quarterly federal 941 return filing
  • Quarterly state 941 return filing
  • State Unemployment return filing
  • Year end W-2 and W-3
  • Year end Social Security administration filing  

ACTIVE PAYROLL PROCESSING - to be quoted

  • Active payroll will be processed through adp - the cost of this processing will be determined base on the clients needs.  The cost factors associated with an active payroll will be number of employees, frequency of payroll runs, and the state of which the payroll is going to be generated.

BOOKKEEPING/MONTHLY ACCOUNTING - to be quoted

  • Bookkeeping will be quoted on an activity bases and number of accounts that will be tracked. Basic bookkeeping with one checking account and one credit card will start at $125 monthly.
  • The complexity and needs of the client will dictate any additional cost to be included in the quote for bookkeeping.
    • Quick books account setup - file and chart of accounts
    • Monthly Profit and Loss Statement
    • Monthly Balance sheet statement
    • Monthly income vs expense graph
    • Monthly general ledger of activity
    • Based on level of bookkeeping package a monthly strategy meeting to review financials and direction of the company will be included in quote

DOCUMENTATION PREPARATION - STARTING @ $25

  • All letters and documents prepared on behalf other client will incur a minimum $25 fee for production and delivery
  • Includes updates to any annual corporate documentation
  • Application filings or assistance - increase in fee will be dependent upon time
  • Bank letters and internal documentation - if any state filings are needed, the state filing fee will be added on

COUNSULTATION SERVICES

GENERAL and MISC MEETINGS starts @ $100/hour

  • Any topic can be discussed

PRIOR YEAR TAX REVIEW starts @$50

  • Depending on the number of returns - if PGW is amending prior year tax returns, cost of review will be included in the cost of the tax preparation
  • If review is combined will consultation then the $100 will be applied
